Covered Wagon on Route 27?

Saw this thing off in the distance and couldn't figure out what it was. Why would a covered wagon be driving down Route 27?

    you really don't know what that is? Its a climbing wall for a climbing gym

    Duh. Of course you can tell close up. But you couldn't see the fake rocks and handholds when it was further away.
