Keeping Cool
Some of you may remember this post from last summer:
The Sweatshop, Circa 2009 :
The Sweatshop, Circa 2009 :
Well that was then. This is now. A portable air conditioner with a vent.
But there are no windows that open where I work ...
So yesterday, it was vented this way,
Today was vented this way:
Both days, venting into:
Which brought the temp in that room way up...
After which this sign was posted on the door to the room:
Detail:
How was it it my room? Well, ... I seriously thought of putting on a sweater, but didn't want to be a show off.

A Stupid Sign
Couldn't they have just said, "No Admittance", or something like that?
Instead this version of "Nyah, nyah!! Too bad, you missed it!!"

1776 Plays in the Park is Outstanding
Excellent Plays in the Park production of 1776.
We went last Wednesday nite to celebrate Eli's birthday. Happy birthday Eli!
It also happened to be opening night.
And frum night (one of 2) - all of us chapping it in before the 3 weeks.
Todd Renstermaker as South Carolina's Edward Rutledge.
Signing the Declaration.
Gabrielle Trumbull as Abigail Adams and David Cantor as John Adams.
It didn't occur to me to video until the play was almost over. So these clips are from towards the end. I'm actually sorry I didn't record much more!
Some stills ...

Be Careful What You Wish For
I was just mentioning the other day that no one reads my blog ...
and today this comment was posted:
It seems that the following search was done by the spammer:
intitle:coffee makers "blogspot" "post a comment"
More info on the spammer:
I googled intitle:coffee makers "blogspot" "post a comment".
and looked at some of the blogs the google search found, and, yup, others were also spammed.
What this has to do with coffee I have no idea.
BTW, don't bother looking for the link. I removed the comment.
